Teaching Dance and Performance
Below are current and past projects that I have taught and continue to teach to diverse groups of children, Bachelor students and adults. I focus my teaching on Dance and Theater Improvisation Techniques stemming from Steve Batts' Poetic Movement and Mary Overlie's Viewpoints, adding my own ideas along the way. Onto the stage! A dance exploration with and for the very young
TH University Cologne
An 3-Day intensive with students from Social Work and Children's Pedagogical Bachelor Programs. Students explore movement techniques and are given tools to create short performances for children.

the diversity within and necessity of
the performative arts
TH University Cologne
A 2-Semester Project in which Contemporary Dance, Physical Theater, Performance Art und Improvisation Techniques were shared, researched and experienced. The students created, rehearsed and performed their own pieces, resulting in an evening of inspiring performances.

The Voice as a Limb
with Irina Baldini
ArtEZ University of the Arts, Arnhem, NL
A week-long intensive in which movement and voice techniques were taught, as well as an introduction to electronic sound design. The students created short works incorporating the physicality of the voice and/or embodied sound.

Familienfest Tanzfuchs Productions

A yearly weekend of workshops and performances hosted by Tanzfuchs Productions/Barbara Fuchs. Workshops have themes such as, "Papierwelten," "Knubbelsuppe"

Kultur und Schule Projekte
Year-long projects in schools funded by Kultur und Schule. Past projects in Friedricht-Albert-Lange Gesamtschule Solingen, Berufskolleg Bergheim. Current Project at Schule zum Römerturm Bergheim. Themes incorporated movement research, choreography and making dance films.
